Author Guidelines

Author Guidelines for Al-Tasyree: Jurnal Bisnis, Keuangan dan Ekonomi Syariah

Al-Tasyree: Jurnal Bisnis, Keuangan dan Ekonomi Syariah welcomes original research articles, review articles, and case studies that contribute to the fields of Islamic business, finance, and economics. Authors are advised to carefully follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process.

 

  1. Manuscript Submission

- Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal's online submission system. Email submissions will not be accepted.

- All submissions should be accompanied by a cover letter, which includes the title of the manuscript, a brief summary of its significance, and a statement confirming that the manuscript has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.

  1. Manuscript Preparation

- Language: Manuscripts should be written in English or Bahasa Indonesia.

- Format: Manuscripts must be prepared in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) using a standard, readable font such as Times New Roman, 12-point size, double-spaced.

- Length: Research articles should be between 5,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures. Review articles should not exceed 10,000 words, while case studies should be between 3,000 and 5,000 words.

- Structure: The manuscript should include the following sections:

  - Title Page: Include the title of the manuscript, author names, affiliations, corresponding author’s contact information, and a short running title.

  - Abstract: A concise summary of no more than 250 words, highlighting the purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions.

  - Keywords: Provide 3-5 keywords that represent the main topics of the manuscript.

  - Introduction: State the background, objectives, and significance of the research.

  - Literature Review: Provide a brief overview of the existing literature relevant to the study.

  - Methodology: Describe the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.

  - Results: Present the findings of the study, supported by tables and figures as needed.

  - Discussion: Interpret the results, discussing their implications and relevance to the field.

  - Conclusion: Summarize the main findings and suggest future research directions.

  - References: Follow the APA (American Psychological Association) 7th edition style for all references.

  1. Tables and Figures

- All tables and figures should be embedded within the text at appropriate locations and numbered consecutively. Each table and figure must have a clear and concise title.

- Figures should be high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and provided in formats such as JPEG or PNG.

  1. Ethical Considerations

- Authors must ensure that their work complies with ethical guidelines for research involving human subjects or data. Any necessary approvals must be obtained prior to submission.

- The manuscript must be free from plagiarism, and proper citations should be made for all referenced works. Authors are encouraged to use plagiarism detection software to check their manuscripts before submission.

  1. Authorship and Acknowledgements

- All authors must have significantly contributed to the research and agree to be accountable for all aspects of the work.

- Contributions from individuals who do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged in an Acknowledgements section.

  1. Conflict of Interest

- Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the research results or interpretation.

  1. Review Process

- Al-Tasyree uses a Single-Blind Review process. Authors are encouraged to submit a list of potential reviewers who are experts in the field, although the final selection will be at the discretion of the editorial board.

  1. Post-Acceptance

- Upon acceptance, authors may be asked to make minor revisions as suggested by the editors. The final manuscript will undergo copyediting and proofreading before publication.

  1. Copyright and License

- Authors retain copyright but grant Al-Tasyree the exclusive license to publish the article under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License, allowing others to share and adapt the work non-commercially, with appropriate credit given.

  1. Submission Checklist

Before submitting, please ensure that:

- The manuscript adheres to the journal’s formatting and style guidelines.

- All authors have approved the final version of the manuscript.

- Ethical standards have been met, and any conflicts of interest have been disclosed.
