To prevent plagiarism, Qonuni: Jurnal Hukum dan Pengkajian Islam utilizes Turnitin, a leading plagiarism detection software. Turnitin is used to screen all submitted manuscripts before the peer review process. Plagiarism Policy and Actions:

- Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work and that all sources are appropriately cited and referenced.
