The Relationship Between the Qur'an and the 2022 Qatar World Cup

This study aims to dig up information related to QS Al-Hujurat: 113 and the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The Qatar 2022 World Cup is the first world cup to be held in an Arab country. The grand event starts on 21 December -18 December 2022. The opening ceremony was held with great fanfare featuring various artists from around the world and the theatrical actions of Morgan Freeman and Ghanim Al-Muftah who stole the show. Al-Qur'an Surah Al-Hujurat verse 113 recited by ghanim contains a lot of meaning in performing the 2022 world cup. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative which aims to analyze phenomena, events, social activities, attitudes, beliefs, perceptions, thoughts of people individually as well as groups. The results of this study indicate that the link between the Koran and the implementation of the Qatar World Cup is recognizing the creation of humans consisting of men and women, respecting guests from all over the world and an attitude of knowing each other.
